Martin was appointed as financial director of Mvelaserve in July 2009. He has more than 12 years’ experience in the mining industry. He was financial director at JIC Mining Services until 2002, followed by financial director at Petrex until 2004, after which he was appointed managing director of Bema Gold South Africa for two years and chief financial officer of Pamodzi Gold until mid-2008. |

Graham qualified as a CA in Toronto, Canada, with KPMG LLP and has served in a multitude of industries including consulting, construction, media and advertising and manufacturing.

He is the founder member of SA Water an Advanced Water treatment solution company in 2007 as well as Ozonic a supplier of Ozone Technology in 2002, which was incorporated into SA Water.
After completion of his National Diploma in Computer Science from the Tswane University of technology he started his career as a Software Engineer at ESKOM .
Cobus served as an executive for the past 17 years including as CEO with the listed Group Q-Data. |

Frank is the founding shareholder of Velocity Road Rehabilitation (Pty) Ltd and employs his extensive experience in the construction industry in his operational position as CEO. He was the managing director of LMG Construction (Pty) Ltd until 1988 and the director of ATI Technology Turbine Engineering Ltd. until 2002, when he founded Spill-Sorb Tech GmbH (Switzerland). It was at this time that he commenced investigating viable solutions for the rehabilitation of roads in Southern Africa. |
