About us

Mvelaserve is a leading, black empowered provider of outsourced business support services across Southern Africa. Devolving from Mvelaphanda Group Limited, Mvelaserve listed independently on the JSE Main Board in the ‘Business Support Services’ sector on 29 November 2010.

The group has a diversified portfolio of defensive and growth businesses, including recognised brands, all offering critical support services that enable customers to focus on core business.  These include security (Protea Coin), Facilities Management (TFMC), cleaning  (Royalserve Cleaning), catering (RoyalMnandi), advanced water treatment solutions (SA Water), pothole repairs (Velocity) and ICT support and hosting (Circle ICT Solutions). The group further encompasses the national monitor of limited payout machines (Zonke),  a food manufacturer and the King Pie franchisor (Khuseti). Our facilities management capabilities are enhanced by our mast maintenance and generator supply company (LTP Power).

The balance of services positions Mvelaserve to perform in any economic cycle, as reflected in the group’s consistent top and bottom line growth and margin enhancement. This competitive strength is well-supported by a proven ability to anticipate and penetrate new growth markets and a demonstrated ability to successfully integrate and optimise acquisitions.
